The Chronicles of Narnia
posted by Ken @ 8:09:00 PM

I finally went to see The Chronicles of Narnia. It's the first time I've been back in a movie theatre since Batman Begins. Yeesh... I really don't attend movies much anymore. I'm not sure what to say about Narnia. I found it rather blah. None of the characters, except Lucy, really connected and the story lacked any tension for me. It just kind of plodded along from one book scene to the next. I mean it wasn't badly produced or anything; it just didn't evoke any emotion in me. Mind you, it could also be a reflection of my present mood more than anything else. I've been pretty blah myself. Too much time in school, I think, or perhaps it's just January. In any case, I'm tired and exhausted emotionally, physically, and intellectually. C'est la vie... life has a way of making things interesting again... and maybe next time I see a movie I'll have something more productive to say about it.
