Since my last post, ages ago, my life has changed dramatically. I have experienced tragic lows and new highs. Most satisfyingly, I am happy to report that I am married to a beautiful woman, Melissa, and, as a result, have a new three year old son, Miccah; I also have a new little one on the way; and, I passed my doctoral comprehensive exams! I am looking forward to the SBL conference in San Diego, where I am presenting a paper on Nehemiah 5. I am preparing two articles for publication in conference volumes, one for an SBL session and one for a CSBS session. I am also editing a volume with my doctoral advisor, Gary Knoppers, with papers from last year's CSBS Ancient Historiography Seminar. I have made some updates to my website to reflect these personal and professional changes at about me, my Fact Sheet, and my Resume (PDF).Labels: family, my publications, website |
